Dog Training

At Pampered Pets Bed and Biscuit we feel a trained dog is a happy dog. We offer group training classes to help you address those behavioral issues and develop a great relationship with your dog.

Class Goals

Our goal is to have fun communication with our dogs! There are many different ways to go about dog training. Our classes are taught using positive reinforcement methods. We have instructors certified with National K9 School for Dog Trainers and extensive training in dog behavior.

Classes include teaching your dog to:

• Walk at your side without forging or lagging
• To stop & sit automatically when you stop walking
• To sit when told
• To lie down when told
• To come when called

Schedule

We meet once weekly for six (6) weeks. Class lasts 1 hour.

Day School:

Bring your dog in for the day to learn manners and socialize with other pets.  Our skilled attendants will work one on one with each student.

• Two (2) training sessions.
• A play activity.
• Take home training tips.
• Short video of your pet with their attendant emailed to you.

During a 5 day program the student will learn:

• Walk at your side without forging or lagging
• To stop & sit automatically when you stop walking
• To sit when told

During a 10 day program the student will learn:

• Walk at your side without forging or lagging
• To stop & sit automatically when you stop walking
• To sit when told
• To lie down when told
• To come when called

Lodge and Learn

Your dog stays, plays and learns with us.  There will be class time and recess time.

• Two (2) training sessions
• A play activity 
• Take home training tips
• Short video of your pet with their attendant emailed to you
• Spa Day

During the stay your pet will learn:
